Ever wanted to move like a ninja, to have the agility and strength to jump, swing and land without breaking anything. Well our Ninja Warrior Training sessions will help you achieve just that. Suitable for ages 7 to 13 years, we have the facilities to help you build the strength and fitness required to move like a little Ninja.
All trainers have current blue cards (working with children checks) and extensive training in working with young people.
Our gym is small but our results are big and we will not only help your child with their fitness goals but we aim to make this enjoyable as it is rewarding.
Bookings are essential as we have limited space available (max 6 per session). Monday to Thursday, two sessions per day starting from 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
