Our teenagers training sessions keep it fun but effective. With a focus on strength, conditioning, cardio fitness and self defense, we cover all basis to help your teenager grow to be a strong, healthy young man or woman.
All trainers have current blue cards (working with children checks) and extensive training in working with young people.
Our gym is small but our results are big. We will not only help your child with their strength & fitness goals but we provide an ideal environment to help develop mental strength and growth. Our training style is as enjoyable as it will be rewarding.
Bookings are essential as we have limited space available. Tuesday & Thursday from 3.30pm
