This adult boxing class is for all levels of fitness, with a highly motivated professional boxing coach who does hands on focus pad training throughout the entire class. From week to week, this boxing fitness session will concentrate on boxing skills, kick boxing skills, hand and eye coordination, cardio fitness and strength fitness.
The many benefits of boxing include… stress release, improved mental health, overall fitness & strength, improved social awareness, improved focus & attention, it will even make you look younger! OK! the last one I can’t guarantee. But it’s free to participate, so what have you got to lose?
What do you need to bring? – Boxing glove, focus pads, water, towel, good attitude!
If you don’t have boxing gloves and or focus pads, I will have quality gloves and pads to sell and some to use temporally.
