Functional Fitness in Manly.
Life. Be in it. have teamed up with FFS person training to deliver this functional fitness program suitable for senior adults or any adult wishing to improve their health and wellbeing.
This low impact training program will focus on balance, coordination, core strength and a little cardio fitness. Using light weights, your own body weight, yoga mat and a good attitude, this program will be great fun and help strengthen your body so you can live more of your life.
