Our team fitness challenge is a combination of fun games & fitness challenges that will help get you fit and having fun.

With activities like team connect 4 relay, tire pulling challenge, tug of war games, fun relay races and our team exercise challenge, there will be hi fives going around all session.

The kids will come out of this activity with a sense of achievement and a big smile knowing that everyone did their best and everyone had some fun. Bring your friends or come join a team, either way, it will be fun.
