Ever wanted to move like a ninja or play your chosen sport at a higher level? to have the agility and strength to jump, swing and land without breaking anything. Well, our Ninja Warrior Training sessions will help you achieve just that. Suitable for ages 7 to 14 years, we have the facilities to help you build the strength and fitness required to be fitter, faster, stronger.
All trainers have current blue cards (working with children checks) and extensive training in working with young people.
Our gym is small but our results are big, and we will not only help your child achieve their fitness goals but, did you know group training helps improve mental health.
Bookings are essential as we have limited space available (max 6 per session). Monday to Thursday, two sessions per day starting from 3.30pm for ninja Warriors and 4.30pm for teens training.
