Ever wanted to move faster be stronger or maybe play your chosen sport at a higher level? to have the agility and strength to jump, swing, land, evade a tackle without breaking anything. Well, our Teens Training sessions will help you achieve just that. Suitable for ages 13 to 17 years, we have the facilities to help you build the strength, agility and fitness to be your best!
All trainers have current blue cards (working with children checks) and extensive training in working with young people.
Our gym is small, but our results are big, and we will not only help your child with their fitness goals, but did you know, the social benefits of group training are just as important as the health benefits.
Bookings are essential as we have limited space with a maximum of 6 students per session. Classes available from Monday to Thursday, two sessions per day starting from 3.30pm and 4.30pm. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4.30pm are set aside for teenagers training, while the 3.30 time slot Mon – Thursday is for the younger students.
